Policies for Adult Class
One class is for 50 minutes.
Booking a class is done before the month starts. The reservation sheet is usually released a week before the month.
Student's tardiness will not be compensated but the teacher's tardiness will be compensated.
Rescheduling a class is ONLY available at least 24 hours before the class schedule.
Classes are marked or tagged as follows:
YELLOW - Class was successfully done.
GRAY - Class was not done but with prior notice. This class can be rescheduled. The fee can be refunded or deducted from the student's fee for the following month.
RED - Class was “no show” or canceled by the student without prior notice. This class cannot be rescheduled.
Classes marked or tagged "gray" can ONLY be rescheduled within the month. If they are not rescheduled within the month, they will be forfeited. Only classes on the last week of the month can be rescheduled to the next month.

One class is for 25 minutes. A double-class (50 minutes) is accepted as well.

Rescheduling a class is allowed at least 24 hours before the class and absence notified 24 hours ahead of time will not be charged. The advanced payment could then be used for the following month.

policies for payments
Payments are settled in advance at the beginning of the month. For sudden bookings, they need to be paid right away.
Payments are done through Paypal. For your convenience, a payment request will be sent you and you will just need to accept it.
Fees and payments are only discussed with Mac, the manager, to prevent confusion.
